Hi There,

Today My another channel was demonitised, saying reused content but all music are mine created from scratch and I can prove this with all the evidences.

Is there a way to sort this out or do you actually find anything wrong with my videos here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSESBy21jWtUevR1QIl-Raw

Please advice.

Thank you

Yours is the sort of content that they are no longer monetizing. Does not matter if you created the music. It is still audio over still pictures/images and that sort of content is just not being monetized.

Thank you for your response, but I wonder how is my current channel which is purely music and other music channel flourishing very well without being demonetised. This is something I am finding hard to understand. Are they very biased?

Hi Leo Wattenberg

Again unapproved monetized, a total of 3 times failed due to "spam"
My channel is animation for kids . I removed most of the video, the rest of the video has different content, the lesson is different.
Can "learn colors channel" be approved for monetization?

My channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZ0IFmRX4t7IjGvtyyWIaqA

 Thank you

Cearly, YouTube couldn't care less on its content creators. Either have I read the case of this guy whose video has been copied and uploaded by others and is punished -even YT could easily identify who did upload the original video or at least who did it first-... or those of us who keep to be not monetized with ambiguous responses instead of actually flagging those videos in our channels who do not comply so we can actually LEARN from the procces instead of being kept in the darkness...

i am also facing similar problem . what I have  to do for  reapply  .how can i know which video  on my channel is reused content . how to know  ? please help

Here's why your channel is out of compliance:

  • Reused content

In most cases, you can’t reupload someone else's content unless you get permission first. Remember: It's not enough to credit the content owner or state that "no copyright infringement is intended." Learn more about copyright and fair use

Here are some types of content that are subject to copyright:

    • Audiovisual works like TV shows and movies
    • Sound recordings and musical compositions
    • Visual and written works, including paintings, posters, articles and books
    • Dramatic works such as plays and musicals
    • Video games and computer software

Hi, my channel recently got hit with duplication and now I'm thinking of starting to stream video games. My question is would live streams with occasional commentary (eg: responding to comments) would be good enough for monetization?

Also what about adobe tutorials with no commentary and royalty free music added from youtube audio library?

Tutorials without commentary are hardly tutorials. Youtube want to see channels bring value to their viewers, not some poor attempt to create content for the purpose of making money with no effort.

Video Game live streams are more likely to get monetised, but it's a competitive niche so you have to work hard to draw the fans, keep them watching and provide some serious entertainment value.
